4. Delivery Partner Requirements

Delivery partners must own a bicycle in good working condition, possess valid identification, and complete our verification process. Partners are expected to maintain professional conduct and follow delivery guidelines.

Payment terms vary based on the service plan selected. Businesses may choose per-delivery pricing or monthly subscription plans. Delivery partners are compensated per delivery completed. All payments are processed securely through our platform.

6. Service Availability

Our services are available in designated areas within Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune. Service availability may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pedl's liability is limited to the delivery fee paid for the specific delivery in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Users are responsible for insuring valuable items.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Pedl or our licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
